Board of KPIT Techs. recommends final dividend As on : 06-May-26  14:03

KPIT Techs. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5.25 per equity Share (i.e. 52.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
